Dryer Vent Cleaning and Inspection

All dryer vents must be cleaned every two (2) years. Proof of completion in the form of a paid receipt or invoice must be submitted to Continental Property Management within ninety days of notification.  See address below.

An immediate fine of $50.00 will be assessed per month for each month the dryer vent documentation is not received.

The outside vent shall have a covering to prevent birds or other animals from nesting.

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection

Those who have chimneys must have them cleaned and inspected every three (3) years, and chimney caps inspected and replaced if they are rusted.

If the fireplace is not used, Owner must provide a statement confirming this which releases the Association from liability in the event of damage by fire, in a form approved by the Association.

 A copy of the paid receipt or invoice showing completed cleaning and inspection of the chimney and chimney cap must be submitted within ninety (90) days of notification. See address below.
