Boats/Trailers/Recreational/Commercial Vehicles

Boats, trailers, other recreational vehicles and small commercial vehicles (defined below) are only permitted in the parking area behind Building A (first building on your left as you enter the community) with a valid Association parking permit. In order to obtain a parking permit, all vehicles must be registered with the Association including providing a current vehicle registration, proof of inspection and insurance, which must be in the applicant’s name. Parking permits may be issued upon receipt of all documentation (this is dependent upon parking spaces available, the issuance is on a first come, first served basis). Permits must be displayed on the right rear bumper of the vehicle at all times.

Small commercial vehicles are defined as less than one (1) ton gross weight capacity, no more than two (2) axles and single wheel only), and include, but are not limited to, any truck or van with lettering and/or advertising or having ladders or other work-related equipment attached to the roof, the side or in the bed of the truck/vehicle.

The Board shall have sole discretion in deciding if a vehicle is considered a small commercial vehicle.

Only two (2) vehicles per unit may be parked in Lot A. Additional vehicles must be parked offsite. Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles and small commercial vehicles may not be parked in the Common parking spaces in front of buildings.

Violation of the rules regarding Boats, trailers, recreational and commercial vehicles, will result in an immediate $100.00 fine.
