The Association is professionally managed by Continental Property Management, Inc. at 975 Easton Rd., Suite 102, Warrington, Pa 18976.

CPM is responsible for assisting the Board in overseeing the maintenance of the Common Areas, including the building exterior maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and trash removal. The management company is also responsible for assisting the Board with all administrative duties and assists with enforcing the rules and regulations for the Association. All of the management services are performed at the direction and discretion of the Board of Directors.
